We apply strict compliance, due diligence, and responsible sourcing controls across our activities, aligning with recognised international standards and buyer expectations. Our focus is on transparency, traceability, and well governed supply chains from origin to end market.
We recognise the importance of maintaining a strong social licence to operate. We work constructively with governments, local operators, and mining communities, and support safer, more formal, and more transparent production and aggregation practices.
Our objective is to build profitable and scalable resource businesses while maintaining environmental respect, community awareness, and continuous improvement in standards and performance.
People
People and communities are central to how we operate across our metals and mining activities, particularly in Africa where much of our sourcing and aggregation takes place. We believe long term success depends on creating shared value with local partners, workers, and communities connected to the mining sector.
We work closely with artisanal and small scale miners to support safer, more formal, and more transparent routes to market. Through structured aggregation, fair commercial terms, and compliance based export channels, we help producers access international buyers and improve income stability.
Community
Our approach promotes better working practices, stronger local partnerships, and greater accountability across the supply chain. Where possible, we support training, improved handling and processing standards, and local capacity building through our operating partners.
We aim to be a constructive, long term partner in the regions where we work, contributing to local economic participation while respecting community interests and national frameworks.
Environment
Environmental responsibility and ESG principles are integrated into our approach to metals and mining. We seek to operate and source in ways that reduce environmental impact, strengthen oversight, and improve standards across the supply chain.
We work with partners and producers, including artisanal and small-scale operations in Africa, to encourage better environmental practices, safer processing methods, and more responsible resource management. Our
preference is to support suppliers who demonstrate measurable improvements in land, water, and waste controls over time.
ESG
Our ESG framework guides how we assess partners, projects, and transactions, with attention to environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance standards. This includes due diligence, traceability, compliance checks, and ongoing monitoring aligned with international expectations.
